This 9 unit townhome development is located on a site that had two significant trees in difficult locations to work around yet were required to be kept intact by the Planning Department.

With careful site planning, all nine units that were allowed were located to preserve the trees. The units at the street front have rear access garages allowing a pedestrian friendly appearance at the street side of this project.

All units have three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, enclosed garage parking and covered decks adjacent to the mid level living areas.
