The design is a 3 story unit that appears to be a two story as viewed from the adjacent streets. All units have covered garages and they are accessed from interior drive aisles.
The roof forms visually reduce the height of the building at the street front and create a small unit with character and detail found in cottage style housing. The exterior trim, landscape pergolas, and fences help emphasize the cottage appeal.
